3月22日，天还蒙蒙亮，我们就起床了。本来打算从上海飞往长沙，然后再坐高铁到郴州的爷爷奶奶家，爸爸只好改签了上海至郴州的高铁票。工作人员安排得很周到，除了帮我们的行李消毒，测体温，还在高铁站给我们境外回归人员安排了专门的隔离点。

按照郴州市政府规定，我们必须在酒店隔离十四天，才能去爷爷奶奶家。酒店工作人员和当地医务人员非常热情，耐心地帮我们登记、量体温和消毒，让我们有宾至如归的感觉。在酒店隔离期间，还有其他身穿防护服的志愿者帮我们送一日三餐。顿时，我心想：祖国这么强大，如此有条不紊地抗击疫情，怎么不可能有效地控制病毒的蔓延呢？
